The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the bathrooms are absolutely clean, the staff is friendly, and the location on a hill is perfect and good.

Our family room was more than beautiful. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware where nice. The hotel had perfect location really close to the beach road, and the major attractions of Gangneung

The staff are very welcoming and amiable, and I loved their attitude. the location of the hotel in Gangneung is perfect, being next to the bus stop, major attractions, and a taxi stand.

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, an individual safe, and an extremely comfortable bed.

Stunning views, courteous staff, comfortable beds, awesome sky lounge, beautiful ocean view rooms.

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the Aqua Park, which provided endless entertainment for my kids. the buffet breakfast and dinner were superior to those I've experienced at comparable hotels in the past. Not only was the food delicious and inexpensive, but the spa and Sky Lounge were also fantastic areas to unwind and relax. The hotel's location provided a stunning view of the surrounding scenery and was conveniently near a few tourist attractions for exploration.

The hotel did not offer enough options for my picky eater son, and we weren't aware that seafood was the primary ingredient in many of the dishes served at the buffet. To make the situation worse, the hotel is situated in a remote area with no nearby restaurant, so our options for alternate dining were limited.

Our luxurious stay at this venue was unforgettable. Our room had exclusive and upscale amenities; the view from the balcony was stunning. the staff provides excellent service, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the elevators were insufficient for the hotel's capacity. We had to wait in line for a long time to take the elevator to our floor.

The swimming pool fee is disappointing, as guests have to pay extra to use it.

Breathtaking views from terrace, warm staff, and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fitness center, massage chairs, and a bakery cafe. Cleanliness and parking were also top-notch. Although the hotel is located on top of a little hill, it was easy to reach the bus stop and the beach road.

Everything was fantastic.

The rooftop terrace had breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

One drawback was the lack of a separate path down to the beach road, which required us to walk in the pitch-black road at night.
